At Capri Blue, we want you to love your home fragrance experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition. If your order arrived damaged or you are not completely satisfied, we are here to make it right.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely package your candles or diffusers.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original packaging is included to prevent breakage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
